These fees contribute to BELCO charges for breezeways and parking areas, water and sewage removal, garbage collection, landscaping, the alarm system, elevator servicing, and property insurance.

As per your Conveyance Deed, the HVV Bye-Laws 2013 Assessments on Page 16, No. 36, and Section 4(1) of the Bermuda Condominium Act 1986, ALL unit owners are required to pay maintenance fees.
These contributions are vital for the continued upkeep of shared community resources.
A resolution was passed at the General Meeting on 15th May 2024, approving the following maintenance fees:
